How long does it take for the order to deliver?
Available gear are shipped within 1-3 working days from receipt of the order. Delivery time and delivery fee depends from the region to which the product is delivered.
Note! Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Delays are possible due to the Covid-19 situation. We do our best to find out fast and safe delivery of your order.
How can I track my shipment?
With the shipment of the package, you will be sent a Tracking Number in your e-mail, by which you will be able to track the movement of your package.
You will also receive an SMS from the supplier before delivery.
Many of our goods are non-standard sizes, large or heavy, so the delivery of goods within Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania takes place through DPD courier service.
Currently, it is also possible to receive smaller packages at OMNIVA parcel terminals.
In other regions of the world, delivery is delivered by DPD, TNT courier service or by post to the address specified by you.
Is it possible to change the delivery address after placing the order?
After confirming the order, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. If the specified delivery address cannot be found or your shipment cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and notified to you.
